Beef, potatoes, carrots, crushed tomatoes, onion, garlic, red wine, thyme, all simmering together nicely. I hope it tastes as good as it smells. And I'm drinking a chinotto-flavoured soft drink called Brio, which is apparently only available here in Canada.
