Spaghetti and meat sauce. Om nom nom. The meat sauce was Prego traditional with hamburger. Fancy!

I made baked penne, in mushroom and olive tomato sauce, with a thick layer of mild cheddar browned on top. Very good, if I do say so myself.

Chili with cheddar cheese - Mr. OldstRedShrtEvr snuck the veggies into the chili - carrots and corn and peppers - he's the best!

The Hubby actually made something really creative with stuff we just had around. He called it "Nacho Chicken"; like chicken nachos only in reverse. He split a chicken breast, pounded it, grilled it with some fajita spice and topped it with salsa, avacado, tomato, olives and jalapeno peppers. Served with Mexican rice and a salad. It was quite good! :techman:

Had nothing for dinner last night but did go to Denny's this morning and had a Hot Fudge Brownie ala monde cheesecake which was rather disappointing.

Frozen cheese pizza. I really just wanted an excuse to turn the oven on, so it would warm up the downstairs.
