My favorite character who died: Spock.
My favorite character who was resurrected: Spock.

Or Kirk's line in Star Trek V: "What does God need with a starship?"

The entire crew of the Enterprise D died in Time Squared, Yesterday's Enterprise, Cause and Effect, and Timescape.

The entire crew of Voyager died in Deadlock and Year of Hell.

    DS9, Children of Time.

And of course the only TOS crewmember other than Spock we can assume to be alive by the end of Voyager is Scotty. Even though McCoy was alive 14 years earlier.

So maybe the only Star Trek main characters we can say have never died Odo, Ezri, and the farengi (Jake died in the future that time).

Favorite who died in their own series and whose death was not time-travel erased: That'd have to be Jadzia.

Favorite who does not meet that condition: Picard.

Unless you read the novels, where...
A character implied to be Sulu was alive early in DS9's run.

Uhura and Chekov were still alive and active in 2378.

    McCoy's still alive in 2381.

Scotty's presumed dead in 2384. (but probably isn't)

James Kirk was resurrected shortly after Generations, and was last heard from in 2381. (admittedly in it's own continuity from the rest)

There's a huge difference between Star Trek gods, which are obviously meant to be fictional, and Jesus Christ, Who is the foundation for the faith of billions.

Star Trek 'gods' don't offend me, but if the show mocked Christianity, then I wouldn't watch it.

Hmm, alternate universes included... I'll have to go with stuntman Bobby Clark as Chekov's Guard #2 in "Mirror, Mirror", simply for his expression as he gets phasered out of existence. Clark also shows up in "Return of the Archons" screaming "Festival! Festival!" but apparently survives that one.
