there some nefarious plan behind all that?

 

Even compared to other Romulans, Tomalak was

 

greatly reserved. He tended to always have

 

a plan hidden inside another plan, so

 

no Federation official or Starfleet officer ever

 

interacted with him without thinking that he

 

was plotting to launch an attack on

 

them, a sneak attack of course, given

 

the track record to date.
