^^^ Agreed. Sticking rigidly to their "no tights, no flights" after say season 6 was just stubborn pride. Other heroes were appearing he should've felt comfortable doing so + at that point they weren't spending much time in Smallville anyway. They were early 20-somethings and it would've been prime to show the transference of boy to man but no they drug it out.
Did you not bother reading the rest of my post? Or did you just cut it off so you could make a subtle drive-by slam?
I asked a question. An honest one. I was respectful of your opinion and pursued it. Last fucking time I make that mistake.
I answered your question in the initial post. It was the part you cut off when quoting. Given your reputation of previous drive-bys and utter disregard for anything that doesn't meet your high expectations, it sure as hell didn't come across as honest nor respectful.
Well, he did wear a "costume" of sorts. Most of the time when acting as a super-hero he'd dress in Superman's colors (usually a blue plaid shirt and a red jacket leading to him being called the Red-Blue Blur) then in the 8th or 9th season he actually had a costume he'd wear when acting as a hero but this one being an all-black suit with a cape-like trench coat and the "S-Shield" on his shirt (now he was called "The Blur.") So, in a sense, he wore a "costume" and for all intents and purposes was a "costumed hero" like the others he just didn't wear a costume that stood him out as being Superman (unlike the others who had taken on their DC personas/names.)
You know, if you had told me decades ago, that someday two different actors would have played Green Arrow on TV, I would have never believed it!
I need to hit IMDB and see who he's been on Vampire Diaries. I don't instantly recognize him. Is it the shaved head throwing me off?
The Graysons. There are many superheroes where you could spin a "before they were the hero" series out of. Dick Grayson is not one of them. I usually try to give any potential new show the benefit of the doubt, but that one....
Looks like he stepped right out of a comic book. He sort of looks like the Mike Grell version of Oliver Queen.
Interesting...hopefully we will get a good cast...maybe a familiar face or two as supporting characters.
