    ^The paperback version there is only $4.79. If I hadn't gone %100 digital I would be tempted to do the pre-order.

    I never order at Bol.com, because they priced the books too high in my opinion.

    I not only ordered Revelations and Dust at that price, I also pre-ordered The Crimson Shadow and The Poisoned Chalice at that price as well. :)
