Its a play about Canadian Physicist Louis Slotan who took part in the Manhattan Project. The play is about his last nine days alive after he accidentally released radiation. Its another play where the actors take on multiple roles, Connor plays two characters, Philip Morrison another Physicist, and also another character called The Lord as well as being part of the Dance Chorus.

There was a second photo but I can't tell which one is Connor - if anyone has better eyesight than me? You'd think our Connor radar would point us in the right direction wouldn't you!! :)

    Here are a couple more.

Ariana was also in the play, not sure if its the only time she and Connor appeared in the same play.

Thanks Xabitrip for the play information. I never heard of this play or Connor or Ariana being in it. Very interesting to learn about all these plays Connor has acted in.

Wow! He sure has taken on some interesting/cutting edge roles. Chicago has such great theater - I so wish he would come here and do something.......

When did he do that "Manhattan Project" play?

:techman:Thanks for posting thisreview Frenchman interesting to read Connor played HarryTruman in this play as well as 2different characters. It sounds like a complicated play.Connor having to memorize all the different lines for each character would be a difficult thing to do.

Ooh, if it isn't the picture frenchman is describing, I too would appreciate a PM. ;)

Funny, though, I read somewhere before that Connor said he wasn't actually naked. :shifty:

I was always under the impression that this is how/where they met, but I could be wrong. I've yet to hear of any other plays they've done together. It would be cool to see though, I'd like to see what kind of acting style she has and to see them working together one day.

I know, right?!?!? I was out one day and saw a pic of James Dean that I knew I had an almost identical one of Connor, but I couldn't find the James Dean pic online anywhere to compare.

The picture frenchman described is the one I have been PM'ing to people. You can pick up a copy of it at http://trip.houseoftucker.com/trinneerpage/connorwork.html

scroll down and click on the Edward II link.

eta: as an aside, after Xabitrip said Connor denied being naked onstage, I took a closer look (wipe that smirk off your face), and noticed there appears to be a blue band crossing his left hip in the scene. I suspect it's a thong.

That Edward II poster is... striking.

Since JiNX has cornered the market on Connor pics, I'll just slip in an old Trip shot...

Thank you Jinx for posting that. I kinda guessed it was that photo after a while. Don't worry, it's not so bad, I am sure a lot worse photos of some actresses have been posted on this messageboard.
    Thank you again for sharing.
