The Voyage Home Enterprise Bridge should have stayed

    Wish we could have gotten good pictures of the display panels. Whether people like or hate the set, I think we all can agree it had one very important and lasting contribution in trek history -- the very first okudagrams. I wish more of Micheal's artwork could have been preserved. While some of those plexiglass panels (or whatever they were made of) were reused for the Stargazer, they seem to have gotten somewhat damaged by that point. Without the work that he did for the Bridge, who knows if he would have been given the opportunity to play a role in TNG, and nearly all trek projects following.

    Taking this to the most ridiculous conclusion -- I say that if it wasn't for the ST IV bridge, there would be no TNG Remastered today! (okay maybe I am stretching things a just a bit). ;)
