RIP James Gandolfini?

Deadline Hollywood is reporting the actor died of a heart attack in Italy today.

 

HBO is confirming.

 

absolutely awful news. dead at just 51

 

I just got notified from IMDB's FB page. This is sad.
51 years old is just too damned young.

 

It's confirmed and major newspaper websites are going with the story.

One of the great character actors of our time, and gone way too damn soon. He had so much left to do. Rest in peace.

Very sad news. Also a sobering reminder of how common heart disease is; it can hit any of us, at any time.

 

He gave one of the all time great television performances in The Sopranos. Much too young, and the father of a baby daughter born just last year, too. Very sad.

 

My age he was just 2 days older than me.(I thought he was older)

Such a sudden and unexpected loss. I don't think I recall ever hearing about health troubles with him. A talent that will be missed.
