That would be a heck of a kickoff for one, wouldn't it?

Military Intelligence (Section) 13 is "hypothetically" real, even though the British Government has only ever admitted to the existence of Military Intelligence as high as MI12 and most of those specialized arms were burnt off after WWII.

MI13 the comic, disappeared a long time ago.

Captain Britain is the headmaster of a school named after himself, and he's probably spenidng most of his time trying to talk Meggan into making more little Braddocks but she's sad that she can't make any Wagners.

Jeph Loeb likes to open every story with somebody getting murdered by a mystery killer. It was great in Long Halloween, but it's getting a little repetitive...

I know others here don't probably care, but Captain Marvel #17 was great. It was basically a love letter to Carol and her fans...and the end ties in to "Ms. Marvel" as well which was intriguing. I will be looking forward to the relaunch next year along with the new artist. DeConnick paired with a decent honest should be awesome.

    Frakk.

Now I have to read #17 because you ########'s already tricked me into becoming emotionally invested in Ms. Marvel.

The Watchers also watch each other. That won't be much of a mystery. :rommie:

It's not a huge tie-in, but it teases Ms. Marvel's title and connects her with Carol.

MI-13 is still active as an organization in the comics, though, despite not having its own series at present. I'll be surprised to not see it used in either Secret Avengers or Wolverine (whose current writer is a co-creator of MI-13).

Well, back in the 70s, during the Trial of the Watcher storyline in Captain Marvel, there was a line something along the lines of, "Are we not Watchers? Do we not also watch... ourselves?" So, presumably, they keep an eye on each other at all times. And people complain about the NSA. :rommie:

According to Quasar comics in the early 90s... The Watchers are making an "Idiots guide to existence" for the next Universe after this one bites it.

Oh and the funny thing that Stan thought up 50 years ago, and I never got until they just outright said it in FF last month... "For a guy who swears not to interfere in our lives, isn't it ironic that your name is "You-ought-to"?"

The other cool thing from 50 years you never noticed.

    Say Namor backwards.

Doesn't that completely explain his personality?
