Is anybody else still astonished that Sunspot was leading a squad of Avengers seriously and successfully?

Oh, I enjoyed Avengers World too, it's just that 30 years ago in the New Mutants, Roberto was a bit of a soft cock dipshit.

Some of those bring back fond memories.

Really looking forward to this. Also, (stating the obvious) it appears clear now that it's the 616 Iron Man who appears in the FCBD preview.

Well that pretty much means Taylor's brief tenure on All-New Iron Man was to keep the seat warm. Wonder what this means for FF if it's not Bendis. Or is it cancelled until the movie runs its course.

I still think Hickman has the best shot of getting a BP book post Secret Wars now.

    BP?

I believe I read an interview where Hickman said after Secret Wars he was only doing creator owned titles.

Do we know who's doing the main Avengers book yet? I assume "All New All Different Avengers" is not the primary title since it stars a bunch of replacement characters.

I believe it is the main title. These "replacement characters" are Marvel's main draw. For example Janethor's title has sold better than I think the JMS relaunch back during Civil War.

But it's starring mostly teenagers. The Avengers are the saving the world team, not the in-training one...

Mark Waid is writing the main Avengers book...Hickman was not listed in Rich's list of creators for this book.

Only Ms. Marvel and Miles and Nova are Teenagers. You still have the Big 3 and Vision. It's not much different from Cap's Kooky Quartet, which was two mutant terrorists and a supervillain.

They've done both, haven't they? I seem to remember a Timely Anniversary event from when I was still trying desperately to read Marvel.

I would also list Lady Thor as a hero in training, given that she's only been a superhero for 8 issues. And is this yet another new version of The Vision? I can never keep track. Their Cap is a temporary version; you know that Steve Rodgers will be back in the suit when his third movie comes out. When I read the issue I assumed it was a replacement Iron Man, but that's since been proven false.

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

You're aware that it's sexist to call Thor Lady Thor?

No one calls the other Thor Man Thor, and calling Prince Thor Sir Thor would be a demotion that would award the person making the mistake in protocol a smacked melon.

I personally don't care, but it's always rubbed me the wrong way whenever someone calls Q Lady Q, when all the other Q with the pretence of peckers, are all definitively Q.

Hey, is Miles still calling himself Spider-Man?

well, All New All Different Avengers will take place 8 months later. so Thor is still a rookie, but hardly a beginner needing guidance.

as for Vision he just has a new outfit. been using that since Uncanny Avengers vol 2.

The Vision was destroyed in Avengers Dissembled and then the young version of himself was in Young Avengers.... is this the original-original again?
