    ^ Yum

I went over to my parents last night for dinner and had home made Lassenga with butternut squash and salad. We also had homemade boiled bread pudding with orange sauce. All three were fantastic.

Vegetable samosa, with a side of mixed greek olives with a basil and garlic dressing.

The somasa was absolute murder to digest.

WOW! That was very nice of them!

Big dish of pasta with homemade sauce. And fresh hot italian bread with butter. A killer of a meal for my arteries.

Another homemade soup lover! I just adore making soup -- it's so healthful, thrifty, and I can be so creative. I was at a loss what to cook today when I realized I had all teh fixings for my mom's spinach soup. Just an onion, a lot of spinach, chicken stock, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and it really turns out amazing.
