Yeah, that's a pretty shoddy fix. Could they not have just fiddled with the hue in that area until the correct green was achieved. Five minutes would have been better spent than the five seconds, heh-heh. Of course, that particular wallpaper is just a promotional image so doesn't really matter in the end, but still.
The fact they chose to cover it up like that rather than change the colour could indicate that the human skin colouring in the pictures is a plot point in the episode and not a mistake.
Monkey "meat"? Given what some fans have speculated, one might reason she enjoys "clams" better. Sincerely, Bill
Or it could be that it was a mistake and whoever fixed the mistake did a shoddy job. In fact, taking the effort* to fix it rather than let people speculate suggests that they realized they screwed up.
Or it could be a plot point related to a spoiler, and we know how territorial Moffat can get about those.
This is how bad rumors start. *heads over to GallifreyBase to post the above as fact and steps away to watch the board implode*
Bleedingcool has put up another clip from the show. I'm getting excited... spoillers, yadda, yadda, http://www.bleedingcool.com/2012/12...stery-in-yet-another-trailer-for-the-snowmen/
I wonder if there's some allergy issue with the makeup and they've decided to go with painting the lips green in post?
Is it possible they've always done that and we just never saw the pictures from fillming? After all, wasn't something similar done with the cactus people in The End of Time?
