Was siskos birth Certificate faked?

Ditto in the USA. And I once needed to submit a copy to a potential employer--to prove I wasn't an illegal alien, I guess!

I remember the copy of the birth certificate had to have "the raised seal."

 

I saw my own birth certificate almost since I learned to read, and it is in my possession. Has been since I got out of high school. Most jobs require such documentation.

I'm being asked why I closed this thread. It was dubiously connected to STAR TREK to begin with (Sisko's birth certificate? c'mon) and it veered off into a Misc-type discussion about birth certificates. Feel free to carry on the latter in that forum.
