I have that! I need to play it sometime. Stupid real life obligations! I'm getting over the stomach flu, so I am having the first solid food in 24 hours. Best damn tacos ever!
My latest: A brand new nightgown on the clearance racks that I have wanted for some time. New t-shirts for work, on sale and then I had the store's special dollars to pay for it, so a further bargain there! New pants for work that I got at Wal-mart, one pair of which was on discount. A bar of natural antibacterial soap. And, since it's post-Valentine's Day, a discounted box of chocolates! And finally, African violets for my mom for her 67th birthday.
Two new 6" Black Series figures from The Force Awakens that I didn't have along with some groceries and dinner items for the next few days.
Today I bought two glasses of red wine. Between acts at the local Symphony Orchestra and the (travelling) Jysk Opera, for mum and I. After the disaster of inviting mum to a baroque X-mas concert, I was actually looking forward to giving her the full golden age... no, has to be capitalized: Golden Age of Opera-experience. Last summer I bought some tickets for tonights Madame Butterfly on a whim - well, I knew I wanted to be there... and taking my mum just sorta happened But we had a great evening and heard some great performances and some very well played great music... (and I went through half a pack of hankies -Darn Puccini!) http://www.jyske-opera.dk/dk/oplev-opera/madama-butterfly/ All text in Danish I'm afraid...
^ Jealous. I haven't been to the opera in years. I bought a handkerchief (well, a bandana to use as a handkerchief) and four of these blue napkins. Trying to cut down on the amount of paper napkins, towels, and tissues that I use.
Got this a few days ago: Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor Overclocked (while it's on sale on the eshop -- it was too good to pass up)
Two Stanislaw Lem books; Tales of Pirx the Pilot, first half of a collection of short stories, and The Cyberiad, a novel. Filling up a Kindle is a hard and expensive job...
I never have, but I do own two opera soundtracks. Both are by Philip Glass, which should explain everything.
