Wow, that seems kind of shitty. I wouldn't think they would have any kind of case if the game does relate the Power Rangers content specifically? Does Saban have anything to do with the original Sentai shows, or other Tokusatsu shows, or are they only responsible for the American Power Rangers content?
Apparently Disney acquired the rights to older Sentai, to prevent Media Blasters from releasing any subbed pre-Zyuranger Sentai on DVD. http://www.rangerboard.com/showpost.php?p=3651190&postcount=5 Presumably those rights were then transfered to Saban.

Saban Brands revealed the cast of Dino Charge at Power Morphicon yesterday: Red Ranger: Brennan Mejia Blue Ranger: Yoshi Sudarso Pink Ranger: Camille Hyde Black Ranger: James Davies Green Ranger: Michael Taber Some pics here. And it turns out that Yoshi Sudarso is no stranger to being a ranger. He's been a suit actor for various official live PR events. I wonder if he'll do any of his own suit acting in the Saban-shot parts of the show.
^Your first four links there are broken because they have an extra "www.trekbbs.com/" at the start. It's a pretty diverse cast ethnically, which is nice to see. But I'm pretty sure this is the first time we've had only one female Power Ranger out of an initial five-person team (not counting seasons where they started with just three). I'm not happy about that. It looks like there will be a female Purple Ranger added later in the series, though. I can't say I like the costumes.
I don't think he will, doing stunts would be too dangerous and doing regular suit acting with the second unit wpuld make him unavailable for first unit stuff, it kinda defeats the purpose of having several units in the first place.
