Change to ad system

Unfortunately our ad provider has pulled another rug from under us. They withdrew the system we use, reinstated it, and have now withdrawn it again with just 24 hours notice from which point we will receive no revenue.

I will be reimplementing alternative code, which recently hit performance at the site. I am sorry to have to put this code back as I know it's not great for some of you.

I will be looking into ways to recode the page to alleviate some of that burden, and we are also hoping to trial a new ad provider provider in a couple of weeks' time.

Apologies for any inconvenience this will cause, but please understand we are 24 hours away from having our revenue stopped - so we need to make the changes.
