You only have two, maybe three, choices. Make it count, I guess!

Well, there's Aegon, though there's plenty of speculation that he's either 1) fake, or 2) a Blackfyre. And then, of course, there's the theory that Jon is Lyanna and Rhaegar's legitimate child.

I saw that on Best Buy's US site...it's a shame they're not offering the Targaryen Blu-ray.

It seems like a lot of people went for the the Direwolf, so I feel better now :P

    EDIT:

Someone on the Forum of Ice and Fire pointed out that Canadians can get it off the Amazon.com site for $34.99, and comes to $47.66 after import fees and shipping...versus $56.49 for the Stark version from Futureshop...

Should I stick with the Stark edition for about $10 more, or be cheap and get it from Amazon.com?

I'm afraid you can only screw them if you're the blood of the dragon. Which just means that you're a sibling or something. ;)

IGN's Game of Thrones Season 1: Best and Bloodiest Kills. Since most of the people here seem to to be familiar with the story this probably isn't nessicary, but I'd feel bad if I didn't warn people that there is a lot of graphic violence here, (obviously) and some big spoilers.

Love that we finally see Greywind, Definitely looks like a larger version of a wolf.

IIRC, the direwolves are CG this season. Grey Wind looks great. I can't wait to see Ghost.

Just a shame that Grey Wind and Robb are going to die and swap heads. :'(

GQ featured Emilia Clarke in their Details section. She noted how the show is going to start diverging more and more from the books and gave a humorous warning to George R. R. Martin:

Hmm, I was wondering if the show could get away with diverging from the books, sounds like we might find out. I wonder how much input GRRM when it comes to the changes they make.
Does she dye her hair for the season or is it a wig?

Well he wrote episode nine of this season so he's clearly quite a bit involved.

He has no executive power though, he is mostly just along for the ride as much as they're willing to entertain his desire to be a part of the production. It is good for PR too, which helps them wanting to keep him in the credits.

He (GRRM) is listed as an executive producer, but yes that is only in name only. HBO and David Benioff/D.B. Weiss have control over it and can do whatever they want.
