Nogura was indeed modeled after Mako, whereas Jon Cooper bears...uh...more than a passing resemblance to actor James Naughton, circa 1974.

 

Dayton did you write OP solo, or did you write it with Dilmore? I only ask because I've seen two different versions of the cover, one with just your name and one with yours and Kevins'.

EDIT: Never mind, I just checked S&S and your site and they both have just you.

Just bumping this thread up to let UK readers know that this issue is now out over here...

 

And a reminder that US issue 18 and UK issue 145 will be released pretty much simultaneously on the movie's release- as there's no TrekLit content in the Movie Souvenir Special I won't be pushing it here (although I guess there's a link in that Bob Greenberger wrote the cast bios, and Marco Palmieri's help has been invaluable in pulling it together).
