Well, played STO for a bit again today...
They added and changed a lot...
Did the Doomsday missions and there are cutscenes added, and more!
Visited the fleet starbase, nifty...
My admiral got some new missions the minute i logged in, i wonder how usefull it still is since i reached the endgame with that toon way back when i subscribed to the game...

Wow, you. Have't Seen the Doomsday update yet?
You didn't play for a long time then.
It is almost an entirely new game then for you.

All missions are level scaling now and you get level appropriate gear as reward now.
Plus tons of new stuff.
And we are on the verge of another major update with the Legacy of Romulus.

Is there a specific time for the fleet meet up thing, i know we are a international fleet from many diffrent time zones.

If you check the ingame fleet calender it should tell you the time. To accomodate the Americans I set it to late evening in Europe which shouldn't be too much of a problem on a saturday.
If you are in Australia and get up reaaaally early you could make it, too.

I failed dismally at putting a dent in either of our opponents' shields. In an escort, too.

Ok, we have a @Mikoto who wants to join the fleet but she can't sign up for trekbbs - free email account got trapped as a spambot even though she isn't one. I'll give you her character names once she has set up her new character. She's a member of TerranBBS, which is a spinoff from TrekBBS, though; both me and Chatty can vouch for her.

EDIT: Mikoto's signup has been approved, thanks to swift Bonz-action.

^^Dont feel to bad, i was in the escort and could not dent the sheilds of that lockbox future ship, that's what pvp is all about.

Just a pity the lag was so bad, i tried resetting my modem but getting back into the game was a issue so i just left it.

Good fun though.

I'll let Miko know that her account has been approved as soon as she gets online since we chat on Yahoo all the time.

She'll probably be more help to the fleet than I since she's a more experienced MMO player. Her two character names are Runae and Joanna, I believe.
