Fringe and Chuck are by far my favorite shows on the air! Great, awesome news about Fringe!

It certainly had its weak period. However, season 2 wasn't that. Those 7 episodes were packed with more story than some shows manage to squeeze into 22. There's something to be said for limitations bringing out the best in writers.....

Jericho is the second most over hyped show, from it's insane 'fans", that wasn't very good ever on TV.

    The first is Firefly.

What's wrong with that? People always complain about networks not looking at international revenue/DVD sales when deciding the fate of a show. Well, if Chuck is not owned by NBCU then NBCU gets none of that revenue. If WB wants to reduce what it charges NBC since it will make up the revenue overseas/dvd that's its choice. But if Chuck costs the same as an NBCU owned show, why shouldn't it be held to a higher standard since it has limited revenue streams for NBCU?

Nikki Finke has updates on Chuck and Medium. Evidently they're as good as renewed, but there's horsetrading going on:

If NBC were smart they would just give Medium 26 episodes, it's easier to work up than down. That was they can have one slightly longer season, or two short seasons.

They are the network that past on Legally Mad? NBC pasted on a show that most likely would have been at least watchable and most likely had OK ratings for the bullshit garbage they did pick up? Here's a thought NBC pick up Legally Mad AND Chuck! problem solved. NBC should pick up as money shows as they can because what they have is dieing. Just pick everything up and throw it on the wall and see what sticks!

I'll grant Jericho wasn't as good as Firefly.

Nah, but it had a cool premise. They fumbled a bit during season 1 but redeemed themselves in S2.

No, but it was a good show.

Comparing the best of Jericho to the worst of Firefly is like comparing a bunion with an orgasm.
