NCC-1701-D Font

Is there an official name for the font? Or any decent pictures of it? I ask because a friend is wanting this tattooed on her and wants to make sure it's definitely correct.

Partially because some of us do not prefer huge milkproducers on women, smaller are nicer me thinks.
