    Dash definitely is beautiful but I haven't seen anything in the performances I've seen from her that says Waller to me.

    Persia White could be another choice, and she does have network ties (Girlfriends and Vampire Diaries). The other cast members from Girlfriends, particularly Golden Brooks and Tracee Ellis Ross could fit the bill as well.

    Yeah. Time Warner stopped carrying CBS channels about a month ago because CBS is demanding a fee increase 6 times the current rate.

    It wouldn't be the first time somehow has portrayed the same character in different incarnations. Anyway, in a recent interview, CCH Pounder said that she gets recognized as Waller based on voice alone.

    I thought of her as Amanda Waller too. Seemed like an obvious choice. Didn't realize that she provided the voice for the character.
