I made Ratatouille for dinner last night. But....the husband didn't eat it because there were veggies in it that he doesn't like. News to me. *roll*

Didn't feel like cooking anything so I stopped by Hardee's and picked up a couple of Steakhouse Thickburgers and some fries.

Marinated skinless chicken breast breaded with mayo, parmesan and cracker crumbs. Made a sort of fried chicken texture. Was amazing. And huge amounts of carrots, broccoli, peas and potatoes. I took a picture because it was so beautiful, but I can't be bothered to look for it now. :p
