As I'm working on a starship I imagine is launched in year 2200, I thought I'd start work on the sorts of shuttlecraft we'd see in that decade.
Almost halfway between ENT and TOS, I looked at elements from both the ENT shuttlepod and the TOS shuttle.

    Any thoughts?

Gee, that's strange. I've heard of that happening before with some of my images.Let's see if this one's just as invisible.

    What? You rapist!
I see both post perfectly fine, so it's probably on his end.

Not sure what sort of problem it'd be, but you're probably right.

Glad someone else can see it, haha.

Yep still an x. I'm at a public library--must be a filter. sigh.

Ahhh, yeah - that's gotta be it!
I host my images with my DeviantArt account. I guess your public library doesn't like DeviantArt.

Do I detect just the barest hint of an original BSG influence? Looks cool.

Very cool design and good 3d work. It feels incomplete without at least a hint as to some landing gear though.

Well, any BSG influence is coincidental. But I love BSG too, so it's not a problem with me, haha.

And I agree about the landing gear. I have some pretty good ideas for how it'll work, but I haven't gotten around to actually modeling how it'll work.

The wider bottom gives me an old Flash Gordon serial feeling too... nice look!

Well, here's my stab at the landing gear.

Try putting one up on the nose and make the feet bigger. Looks a bit ungainly at the moment.

I think the perspective is a little deep, and it's playing tricks on the eye. The landing gear should be pretty well-spaced for weight distribution. (I'd show a side orthographic, but I'm away from my PC for a few days)

But I do agree with the feet needing to be bigger, and I've already come up with a pretty simple solution to do just that. Stay tuned!
