Beat the CE once. But that was back in the days when people where spawncamping it with lots and lots of mines.
The fights lasted no more than 10 seconds back then.

Multiplayer means that I am unlikely to start and finish them. At least there will new weekly missions within 2 weeks. We could use some more sectors and promotions beyond VA1.

^If anything, they don't need more levels, but more stuff to do while levelling up. Grinding this game is hella-tedious.

That's what they're attempting to add with the Weekly Featured Mission series and the Dailies that they add to the zones where a Weekly Series takes place.

Even with the breaks bwtween weekly series, they are adding good new content at a pretty good rate for any MMO (imo).

I will give them that. This is a much better game than it was even in May/June.

The new series started today, BTW; it features the Devidians, and Franklin Drake, and you get a nifty reward for the first mission.

Oh, and the Nebula refit is in the C-Store (or available with emblems). Haven't tried it out yet.

As so as I can get the large patch downloaded, I will try it.

So any guesses as to what class the Advanced Heavy Escort will be if and when they release it.

They're doing quite a bit of work to the Akira-class at the moment, that's usually an indication that a tier 5 version of a particular ship is on the cards.

Won't happen, but I would favour the Nebula class as a multi purpose ship where you can get different mission pods to change it from a science ship to a cruiser or escort without buying three different ships.
Depending on how creative the devs get you could buy a lot of special ability pods on the c-store.

    That would be cool

Something I would want to see would be instead of buying a new ship everytime you get a new rank you get an option to upgrade your current ship to the next tier like with the admiral rank retrofits.

How does this series start, with a mission from the Section 31 agent?

Specifically in the Eta Eridani block (SP?). The block with K-7 in it. I only mention it because I had no idea at first, almost wasn't sure it had been released or pushed back.

That explains the message I was getting on Thursday night. Right to Eta Eridani I go!
