Did anyone else start having glitches after Point Lookout? I didn't have any issues until I actually got there, then my pip boy started taking a long time to close, the screen would turn back for a few seconds after ward and the game froze up to the point of a system restart on me like 3 times in a 1/2 hour. I finally got aggravated with it and haven't played it since.
My brother says his always crashes if he use his most recent save game to play. He saves it twice before putting it off and plays with the slightly older save game. If he loads the most recent save it hangs the xbox. I have had no problems with Point Outlook though.
