Hey, NCC-1701, I've made progress! Using a different program, Ulead GIF Animator, I was able to come up with three different ways to make new animations within 6 KB in size of yours. Here's one below I did. It looks just like yours. This old dog can learn a new trick.
Thanks again for your help. It was invaluable. I take that back. It did have a price: $49.95 for the new program. [IMG]

^ Looks very good! :bolian: BTW, what's the original video source? Your TOS remastered set?

And now enter the TOS avatar contest. :p

Thanks. You are close. I used the TrekCore HD DVD screen caps for Space Seed (I did use one screen cap from Ariane's HD caps). I found eight good nacelle grabs that I could crop, shape, blend and massage to fit inside of one master nacelle. That gave me nine different nacelle pics. I faded between the nine shots to create a total of twenty-seven frames in the animation.

I've been too busy making sombrero themed things. You notice the TOS caption contest didn't get changed out today, either. :alienblush:

You should also go back and check out my Kor bandito. I worked on that a little more, not that anyone would care but me. The pistol is finally right. Bonus points for anyone who can tell me where I grabbed that from.
