You can apparently order from the publisher directly: http://www.boom-studios.net/ you can find a local comic shop and ask them to order/hold issues for you http://csls.diamondcomics.com/ or these are two of the major on line comic shops I've used without incident http://www.milehighcomics.com/ http://www.mycomicshop.com/ yeah more Farscape
It's $3.99 an issue, the same price as IDW's Trek comics. If you want it, talk to your comic shop. Say, "I want Farscape." If a comic shop owner knows that someone wants to buy it and it's a guaranteed sale, they'll order it. Shops have about three more weeks to place their orders (Farscape was solicited in the latest Previews, and that's been out about a week).
Apparently not..... The plan is to do a TPB, yes. It'll probably be out in the spring some time. As a novel? No.
The most recent issue of Diamond's Previews has interviews with both me and Rockne. Both interviews can also be found online: This is a scan of the Rockne interview, which was part of a two-page ad that BOOM! took out. And here's the online version of the "Burning Questions" interview in that same issue. The interview was conducted by the Trek BBS's own Allyn Gibson.
They're in some form of production right now, but I'm not sure offhand what stage. I do know that the comic book will be consistent with said webisodes, and one part of the miniseries directly relates to something that will happen in the webisodes. Not sure when they're set to debut, though. Don't worry, I don't think either Sci-Fi or the Jim Henson Company will be at all shy about letting people know when they are.
I'm still more curious to know who and who isn't going to be in the webisodes. I read somewhere that Claudia Black might not be interested in being in them.
Rockne did an interview with Comic Book Resources about the comic. For reasons passing understanding, he said nice things about me -- even without me paying him or nothin'! -- and the article also features two of the covers for #2, by Joe Corroney -- the Rygel one -- and Dennis Calero -- the Crichton and Aeryn one. Check it out!
Awesome covers. I wonder who the mysterious cloaked person with glowing eyes is... And I guess it was too much to convince the artist to restore Sikozu's original hair style?
If it makes you feel better, I did a double take when I first looked at it, but then quickly realized it was "Jothee."
Yea, I did a double take as well. Since Sikozu is on one of the covers, and she's supposed to be dead as well, does that mean she isn't?
I have to confess that I have a soft spot for the short story that Roc wrote in the final issue of the Farscape magazine by Titan. But since that can't be reconciled with the way the PK Wars ended, that's alright. It's good to have you working on this KRAD, because I know you'll treat it right.
Besides, we never saw her die. She could have escaped the planet before it was destroyed. I absolutely love "Horizons," but I wouldn't say it's not reconcilable. The story itself provides means for D'Argo's presence and the only other problem is the name of John and Aeryn's oldest child. I'm sure that can be fixed with a Farscape-esque explanation.
