We have TOS running on MeTV and TNG on BBCA and SyFy. So why don't we have DS9, Voyager and Enterprise running on any channel?

This episode was far worse than I had remembered it to be. The destruct sequence scene is the best part, along with the Arianis decon mission that Scotty is in command of, that almost stands on its own as a "minisode". I never liked the quick zooming in and out on the red alert lamps, and I still don't, and the final scenes of Frank Gorshin and Lou Antonio jogging through the corridors are laughable.

In this episode, clever use of a darkened soundstage, and I believe the only slow-motion shot of the entire series are two more instances of innovative things that were being tried in the third season, despite the production budget being slashed.

A great episode, and a great exploration of the strong friendships among and between the members of the Trinity.

I like the slow-motion sequence in "The Empath". However, "Wink of an Eye" also had some slow-mo, when Kirk was making the transition to super-speed on the bridge, around 12 minutes in (also third season).

DS9: Emissary. I had forgotten that ST 2009 wasn't the first time they used shakycam in earnest on Trek. The shaking in this one gave me nausea on our 50" TV...

Gary Seven's computer guest stars as the Atavachron. A good episode, everyone was still giving it their best even late into the third season.
