What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Beats the shredded beef burrito I had for dinner, that's for sure!

 

Cooked some green banana prawns, added some garlic and added some cream, and served over brown rice, with some beans on the side.

 

The only thing I take away from seeing it mixed up is that I typo'ed Alsatian in my first post.

 

Mixed salad with tuna, capers, and thick, sweet balsamic vinegar, and a dash of sweet chilli sauce. Turned out tastier than I expected.

 

Chicken tenders & fries.

 

Meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gravy, carrots on the side.

 

A chicken sandwich.

 

Pork roast, potatos, cailiflower and gravy. Ah, the little sins...

 

I made myself Chili for the first time in a long time and it was epic. Also had a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches.

 

I made some lightly brined pork chops, stuffing and salad for dinner last night.

 

Pulled pork BBQ sandwiches & macaroni salad.

 

Chili.

 

roast beast, sweet potato and asparagus.

 

Double-double with onions, fries, and a Coke.

 

Grilled NY strip steak, creamed cauliflower, carrots and crescent rolls.

 

Taco salad. I cheated on the beans and used canned ones because I forgot to soak the dry ones. I made up for it by making homemade guacamole.

 

made some home made chicken casserole with spuds and veggies.
Havent done home cooking for months, the other half was pretty impressed looks like i'll be doing more of it in the future

 

Last night was frozen pizza. Tonight was fish, potatoes (homestyle fried), and green beans.

 

Leftover mushroom and cheese enchiladas with a rice dish from over the weekend.

 

Whole-wheat pasta with tomato basil sauce, chopped green onion, olive oil and sea salt with a glass of wine.
