    Great that they have anoter female mai caracter and not just poor UIura on her own. It was very funn to see Bones fliting with her.

    In this universe Carol went to live with her mother in London.
    They probably wanted Starfleet to me more international and less American.
    Yes Chekhov has an odd Russian accent and Scotty has a Scottish accent but Zulu and Uhura along with Kirk, Spock and McCoy have American accents.

    No. I found it irritating. He does that nasal and flat thing that a lot of Brits do when trying to sound "American" and then tosses in a little "gruff". Apparently there are Americans who sound like that, but I've yet to meet one.
