Smallville - 11X01 - Discussion and Review!

Season Premiere Tonight!!!

I haven't seen a thread up yet, so I hope NX or others don't mind that I got one up here.

I can't believe this show is going into it's eleventh year! It's amazing that this lasted as long as it has! It was a bit of a weak cliffhanger last season, but I suppose they wanted to give it some sort of closure in case the show wasn't picked up again.

But, I gotta say, I wonder if Clark will stop that bomb in time! Also, this season looks like it'll be really cool with the 7 year time jump and, maybe, we'll finally get to see Welling in the suit! They really hinted at that last season!

 

It's gonna be awesome to finally see Superman on the show.

 

It's really weird that they decided to kick the season off with Lois serving Clark divorce papers, as if everything they said about their feelings in the finale last year had a logical expiry date.

 

Wow so Clark can regenerate? It's going to be weird seeing Brandon Routh as Clark.

 

And they kept the red speedo. Good for them.

 

I'm looking forward to this season with mixed feelings. The season teaser at comicon this year had some cool images, Cpt. Marvel, Adam Strange, Colossal Boy, and Titano got great cheers, but then there was that shot of Lana and Clark kissing,(lots of booing for that) and worst of all it looked like Clark was walking through the lightless Fortress again. Do we have even more Jor-el nonsense to sit throught this year. Bah! Also ver disapointed that Rosey wont be back as Lex. Using another actor with Rosey face digitally put on him is just going to fail big time.

 

Brandon Routh as Mon-El!!! The suit looks pretty decent for Smallville.

 

The hell with Clark and with Lois serving divorce papers - I want to see the Chlovage! This show is nothing without her!

 

So is this for real or what? and if it is for real when will it air?

 

What? You didn't see the leaked pic of her in the Watchtower uniform? The placement of the clockhands were....interesting.

Maybe, I'll finally start watching this season. This whole Katar Hol as Hawkman reincarnated thing and the Rann-Thanagar conflict sounds pretty interesting.

 

Actually Proc...Ally didn't resign this year. Remember they wrote her and Ollie out of the show last year?

 

I don't understand how he became the (Computer-Generated) Man of Steel at the end of last season and this season he can't fly. More training from Jor-El? WTF?

Bring back Pete the Boss Ross!

I wonder how long this thread is going to go on for? All season? We're gonna make up our own versions of season eleven?
