That was pretty bad and unoriginal, sometimes I wonder how some people with such little imagination remain in that business.

It actually brings back memories of McDonalds' first (I think) Happy Meal, which was a Star Trek meal back when TMP first came out. They had a Klingon speaking in Klingonese, translated into English by Gary Owens. "For those of you who don't speak Klingonese, he's saying 'Parents of Earth, unite, and bring your kids to McDonalds...'"
That was the first time I had ever seen a "new" Klingon, and I just thought they were wearing helmets.
    Good times.

I agree...I thought that commercial was horrible and as usual scary since it features that wretched King.

I know who the hell comes up with these marketing campaigns and who the hell at BK is approving it???????

I'm interested to hear what others think about this commerical ..yay or nay

Actually, the Burger King seems less freaky as a "Kingon."

As a "Kingon" the King is total ass. And that's worse.

I guess I have to admit it was a good ad, since I just took the kids to Burger King, and I ended up leaving with my own Enterprise toy, and I bought a Spock glass for $2.

I actually liked this advertisement. Alot of people know what Klingons even if they aren't fans of Star Trek. I collect tons of stuff, and these glasses sound excellant. It's alot better than that advertisement with SpongeBob.

Oh, relax a little here. It was a terrible pun, but it was played out fantastically. If every ad that had Trek in it was as funny as this one, we'd all get a good laugh every now and then, and who doesn't need that these days?

Ah, yes! That was where we learned that the Klingon word for "joke" is huhuhu. :)

I thought the ad was ok, I'm defiantly going to get all the glasses though.
