Tony will make sure he gets a buzz no matter where he is, won't he?

An image of leaked TFA 6 inch figures has surfaced. Chewie is still hilariously tall.

Some images of unpainted prototype 6-inch (black series?) Force Awakens figures have leaked on line:

They include what looks like a guy in a mask with wrapped clothing (possibly a form of Stormtrooper) Finn (John Boyega) in an outfit similar to Han Solo's vest, Rey (Daisy Ridley) in some form of dress, BB-8 the roller droid, and Chewbacca looking pretty much the same except he might have something in his hand or a cybernetic hand

I posted the actual pic above (wrapped in spoiler tags) for those who might want to see the image. This is a pretty interesting photo for sure.

Test shots. And considering Chewie is the 6 inch Black figure with a new head and bandolier, yes, absolutely these are six inch scale.

'Course, with the ruler ... ;)

Those are very nice sculpts, much better than the other Black figures. Wondering if the actors were digitally scanned. At this point, that's probably a given.

The funny thing about Finn's character, he still looks like a Storm Trooper in those "civilian" clothing.

You know what this means, don't you? We'll probably get two different Finn figures in the 6" scale: this one in civilian-style clothes and another in his Stormtrooper armor as glimpsed in the teaser.

Hasbro knows our weaknesses and exploits them. :p

So I'm wrapping christmas gifts and thought I'd share this one now. This is for Ian, it's the Star Wars Ultimate Die Cast Set from the Disney Store.

Ian and I have really bonded over Star Wars Rebels. We both love the show and it has grown his appreciation for Star Wars. I hope to take him to see Episode 7, but so far he's shown little interest in the movies. He has watched Episode 1 & 4 and he's not really impressed. So we'll see.

^That is magnificent. I have no doubt that Ian will be very, very thrilled. They really do look remarkable.

I don't collect the modern die-cast ships but those are pretty detailed, screen-accurate and awesome. I hope he loves them, Tom!

Nice! My youngest (and myself!) would love that, but no Disney stores anywhere near here, and I haven't seen that in the other stores. Well, we're done shopping anyway, so maybe something to think about for the future.

Oh, and he loves all the movies (and SW Rebels), keeps popping in our DVDs of them all. His favorite seems to be AOTC, followed by ESB. :wtf: Well, he is six.

Funny article on some of the holiday generic toys. Sometimes I think it would be fun to buy some of the Animal Planet toys at the local TrU, if only because one of them has a rather cool looking giant anglerfish. Who wouldn't want one of those as a random mook/monster? :p

I was out and about today and stopped in B&N and found the glow variant Mummy. 1 down, 2 to go.

I have seriously looked at some of those AP sets. The accessories and terrain pieces are nice, but with a limited budget the price point is too high. Wish I could get some of those pieces separately.
