    They're not Ferengi. Maybe they continue on with the body parts because they really enjoy their work despite there being more lucrative items out there to steal.

    That's if this is even done in real hospitals?

    The only way that Vidiia isn't bombed back into the stone age is if this is completely illegal and frowned upon by the government. You know like how there's all those 'secret' terrorist training camps not sanctioned by the countries they're built upon operating in the light of day.

    You often hear abut how criminals will disappear if drugs are legalized.

    Imagine how much more profitable it would be to tax and licence cocaine rather than police it?

    But if you did that you'd have to retask 90 percent of law enforcement in America to cope with the changing law.
