She's not unattractive, but neither would I consider Janeway sexy. Still, I didn't think it was important for her to be sexy in the first place. She's a starship captain, not a stripper. And I liked that the first female captain for a Trek series wasn't trying to dial up the sex appeal, and instead settled for a more professional look and demeanor.

 

As every Star Trek Captain knows from personal experience... POWER is sexy, no matter what package it comes in.
