There's something about that photo that just seems kind of.....wrong. It's OK to love your cat, just don't love your cat.
Thank you! I had a nightmare last night that my ex refused to sign the papers because he wanted Comet. Was very happy to wake up this morning and remember that he's mine!
Wow! You must have a fun household! Is it correct that the Norwegian Forest cat is an ancestor of the Maine Coon cat? I thought I read that somewhere but I can't remember...
I think it's supposed that they might be an ancestor of them. And yes it is a fun house! That happens to only be the felines :P there are two dogs as well. Thankfully they don't fall under my jurisdiction.
Thundershirt? Apparently working too well on this cat. [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOcfS7xwVfY[/yt]
^ I wonder how tight that shirt was? Poor cat. You can just see the "Damn you!" look on his face when they take it off.
That was pretty much Banshee's reaction when we first had to put the diaper on her, although not quite that extreme!
So many cute kitties. I'll have to start snapping some more pictures of my own. That Thundershirt was wild. I'd never heard of it before I watched that video.
Jack would do exactly the same thing when I tried to put a harness and leash on him. I wanted to let him come out onto the balcony with us, but he refused to walk/sit/stand in the harness. Then, when I wasn't looking he promptly backed himself out of the harness and leash (even though the manufacturer insisted that it was impossible to back out of it!). Anyway...no "outside" for Jack!
It's just me and the cats right now while my wife and daughter are visiting back home. Gimli is really enjoying the quiet house and extra attention.
^ Gee, Gimli Has a tough life! I just realized I posted this pic in the wrong thread. This was taken yesterday. Jack is in charge of ordering the pizza when our friend comes over to play "Dominion" with us:
LOL. Just got through perusing this thread. What great kitties and owners! We live out in the country and when we moved here we had 3 cats. Over the years, people have dropped off cats and I refuse to take them to the local kill shelter, so we now take care of 18 cats. We call our place The Last Chance Cat Ranch. Here we are like the Hotel California, you can check out, but can never leave. Our cats range in age from 3 years to 18 years old and we love them all. They are all spayed/neutered and up on shots. I would leave photos, but I don't want to screw up your bandwidth Currently, though we are full, someone dropped another one off a few weeks ago and I searched high and low to find him a new forever home.
