What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Mediterranean Chicken, pasta and green beans.

 

Had a double meat Sweet Onion and Chicken Teriyaki sub with cucumbers from Subway. It was awesome.

 

Toasts with button mushrooms, onion and cheese

 

Spaghetti and meat sauce

 

Pasta w/butter and fresh parmesan, peas.

 

Vegetarian burritos with tons of great veggies--onions, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, mushrooms, diced roma tomatoes, homemade guacamole, shredded carrots, black beans, corn, shredded pepper jack cheese and pico de gallo. I also had some blue corn tortilla chips.

Chicken teriyaki, steamed veggies & rice.

A wrap with everything but the kitchen sink. Wrap spread with freshly shredded mint leaves mixed in with an olive and sundried tomato houmous, onions and yellow and green peppers lightly baked with garlic and pepper, creamy potato salad, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkling of raisins.

Homemade spicy chicken teriyake with oriental veg and rice noodles.

 

I didn't spring for any pizza last night, but I did have some homemade tacos. Not bad.

 

10 oz New York steak with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled green beans and peppers, 2 glasses of a nice Riesling, and a white chocolate brownie.

 

Salad with mushrooms, spinach, romain lettuce cherry tomatoes, black olives, alfalfa sprouts, avocado slices, sunflower seeds with ranch dressing. I also had some hummus and for dessert strawberries, grapes, apples in a raspberry sauce. I also had a blueberry and currant smoothie.

 

Had hot dogs again last night with water.

 

Last night, it was wheat spaghetti with tomato-basil sauce.
