What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Roast chicken (roasted with lemon, rosemary & olive oil), baked sweet potato and broccoli -- very tasty!

 

I had a busy day today so I had to get some fast food. I ate a Taco Bell. While eating my Volcano burrito I decided I'm tired of Taco Bell for now.

 

Pasta Alfredo with chicken & broccoli.

 

Is this some kind of screening?

I replicated tuna croquettes-- rather effectively, if I do say so myself.

 

Prushito Ham and Parmesan Sandwich with a glass of milk.

 

Toast and red wine, now if that isn't an ill-matched couple!

 

The last few tacos that I made up last Thursday.

Last night: Old Bay shrimp, mussels, broiled shrimp & scallops, vanilla creme brulee.
On tap for tonight: T-bone steaks, couscous, grilled red onion & bell pepper, Caesar salad.

Went to Denny's with friends and tried their new Hickory Grilled Chicken Sandwich which turned out to be fantastic. I liked the hickory sauce.

 

A "little" (their name for it) cheeseburger and fries from Five Guys.

 

Macaroni and cheese with some garlic bread.

A warm pita with chopped up wieners and prushitio ham and marble cheese.

 

Sweet & sour chicken, rice & steamed broccoli-carrots.

 

I made meatballs.
