2 16gb SDHC cards for my 3ds (Sandisk ones), and a $35 eshop card. Wanted to get Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (it was on sale), and then use the rest for Pokébank.
I bought a book for my friend for her birthday. And a coffee. And some carrots. And then someone stole my debit card information and bought $500 worth of clothes at Top Shop and Yellow Rat Bastard, $285 worth of Target, $350 worth of shoes, and a $13.85 burger. Jerks.
I speak from experience when I say that it sucks that your card info got stolen. I bought some towels and lights at IKEA. I bought a bunch of other stuff as well while there, but that was for work.
TSQ, I hope your bank reimburses you back for fraudulent charges. My last purchase was binders and dividers.
^They did! They're actually the ones who caught it. I would've noticed it eventually, obviously, but they alerted me as it was happening. I think they caught the fraud because at the time they were making the purchase in Target, I was buying groceries with that card all the way across town. It's what I get for using skeevy bodega ATMs I suppose.
Just had to replace our Water Heater. Unfortunately it was an emergency, the old one had scorching on the side of the tank and it looked like it was burning through the side. We knew we had to replaced the tank as some point, it was about 10 years old. However we were planning on replacing this summer with a tankless one. However that would mean major changes with plumbing and venting and we couldn't do that in the short time we needed this replaced.
Three days ago I accidently spilled some tea over the keyboard of my laptop. I cleaned everything and let it dry over night and on the following day, but no luck. Since the incident the keys "C", "M" and "N" aren't working anymore. So, today I bought an extra USB-keybord. Needless to say that this one is waterresistent. Also, it's one of those flexible silicone keyboards. Writing on it is weird. I miss the "click" sounds, but it was cheap and works.
