the one that make me puke right now is ♫Carry On♫-by Fun. I hear the POS every where in the malls in every store.. its worse that hearing that little girl Justin Bieber. just makes me want to the source of it. . Are there any that bother you?
Right now, Stay be Rhianna. Man does she over sing that song to the point where it sounds fake. It might be heartfelt, but it's so annoying.
Pretty much every Fun song that has ever been on the radio is completely overplayed. I'm really quite sick of them now. Related to this, Pink is another artist whose songs are played way more often and longer than necessary. Her voice just grates on me now.
Breathe by Faith Hill My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion I know they're old, but I still can't listen to these songs after 15 years.
Other overplayed stuff from the 1990's: - "Barbie Girl" by Aqua - "Be My Lover" by La Bouche - "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana - "Basket Case" by Green Day - "Waiting For Tonight" by Jennifer Lopez
Its not that songs by Mumford and Sons and Adele are bad. Its just that they are inescapable. I try to avoid the radio at all costs now.
that fucking payphone song. today it started up on the generic clear channel rock/pop station I keep on one of my presets, so I switch to preset 2, an anything goes station, the same song, at about halfway through, preset 3 Nickleback >_< radio off.
- The LeAnn Rimes version of "How Do I Live" (or as she sings it, How Do Ah Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeve). Nobody ever fucking played the Trisha Yearwood version! - Everything Whitney Houston ever recorded
Oh yeah, Adele is another obvious one. I like all of her songs the first time I hear them, and then I can't stand them.
That stupid fucking idiotic "Seven Nation Army" chant And of course... "Everybody clap your hands!" CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP
The theme song to FRIENDS. There was a period between late 1994 and early 1996 that I couldn't turn on the damn radio without one of the three major stations in my area playing it over and over again. I remember one day, all three stations were playing it at once (they were in different places, but still...). Even though I haven't heard it in years, I still find that song annoying
