Saw this on The Trek Collective: Full details here. Interesting idea, I guess, to base a book off someone's Twitter feed. I'll probably give it a shot, but I will admit, I was much more amused by the sample webcomics by Joel Watson than I was by the sample tweets. Maybe that's just my sense of humour, though. (TBH, I didn't really find the sample tweets funny.) Anyway, it sounds like an interesting concept, and I didn't see a thread for it here already, so I just thought I'd mention it.
I've never heard of that Twitter feed before. The book sounds like it should be fun. Gallery is part of Simon & Schuster, right?
^ On the subject of rebellious food items, I'd be wary of what the replicators can do, to be honest. If the Enterprise can create Moriarty by responding to "create a holographic opponent capable of defeating Data", is it wise to try "create a chocolate dessert capable of defeating Counsellor Troi?"
