I've seen more than one bathroom belonging to a female and let me tell you: that picture, so far, has a 95% accuracy rate.

 

My bathroom... heck, my whole house, is tidier than BobTheSkutter's. I don't think untidiness is a gender thing.

 

Remember the days when you had to rely just on your friends to say stupid stuff? Thank you Internet!

 

Working in a bar, I can tell you that 95% of the time, the women's bathroom is significantly more disgusting at the end of the night than the men's.

Seriously, ladies, is there a reason that you feel the need to rip up toilet paper and scatter it all over the floor? Because you do it ALL THE TIME!

 

It's possibly a substitute (redirection activity) for ripping their BF's heads off.

Seriousely: it might be something specifically American. I've never seen ripped up and scattered toilet paper in a European toilet. But admittedly I haven't been to every single European country yet.
