Speaking of, I was zipping through your classic Hollywood fiddles, and WOW Kate Mulgrew has that classic look. I love the one where Chakotay's head is poking through cell bars and she's right there next to him. Nicely done! J.
Thank you very much, J. Allen. The picture in question is originally from Bringing Up Baby, most if not all of the pics in that album were originally Katharine Hepburn, KM fits her well
And the one in KJ in black dress, by Gates, is absolutely stunning. No matter what is the underlying tone of these pics, I think one reason why we do what we do is to see, if we can do it. There is no harm in that one, if you ask me.
Oh yes. She does remind me of a young Katherine Hepburn. You know, I'm not a big fan of Voyager, but I love Kate Mulgrew. She's spectacular. (Okay, well I love the Doctor too ). J.
Thanks!! With Peter Davison's "Doctor" as part of THAT group, I was going for a "one-of-these-kids-is-doing-his-own-thing" vibe. Like I said, I'm still learning the basics. A friend of mine told me the only way to learn Photoshop is to just practice, sooo, expect quite a few subpar pics from me as I "feel it out"...
I assume you are familiar with the rorschach test. Most pictures work the same way. People's interpretations of pictures tend to tell more about the people making the interpretation than the the picture.
OK I'm keeping out of this forum. Socialising on the net with people who spend hours making mock up pictures of Neelix lying half naked among a load of vegetables is just one step to far into the weird side of Trek fans.
Yet you decide to make a comment on it. You're being awfully provocative for someone so new, and rather rude in this forum. J.
Just wanted to mention that I like the creation of the pictures of Trek characters apparently living lives outside of Trek. I enjoy extending the universe outwards, and these pictures are a great way to do that. So thank you all.
Agreed. I like the idea of real private lives between the characters. I love the idea of any series crew meeting up for a lunch or dinner together either in a sidewalk cafe or high style restaurant. I don't know, it just adds a touch of realism that is appreciated. J.
Excuse me? I'm going to suggest that you dial it back just a little bit. You're coming across, at least to me, as someone who is trying to poke and prod, to cause a negative reaction. Being as new as you are, it's not a wise idea. J.
Oh wow I must bow before the almighty "J. Allen" who loves himself in a uniform and has 30,000 posts under his belt. Sorry my liege, I'll back off immediately!
