what are you looking forward to the most this summer? 1. AVENGERS 2: this is gonna be amazing! 2. JURASSIC WORLD: this looks like a truly worthy sequel to the original. I'm particularly excited about it taking place in a working crowded theme park. 3. MAD MAX: love the originals and the trailer looks insane. 4. TOMORROWLAND: I know absolutely nothing about this movie but I'll trust the pedigree. 5. INSIDE OUT: looks like classic Pixar. 6. TERMINATOR 5: I have serious concerns about this movie. but it's still Terminator. 7. ANT-MAN: the trailers make it look cute but middle of the road. 8. MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 5: hopefully it will be as good as 4 which I loved. 9. PAN: the trailer actually looks really good for this! 10. FANTASIC FOUR: the trailer makes this looks like the antithesis of the comic book...
Goin' by what IMDB.com has listed, in order of release... Avengers: Age of Ultron Pitch Perfect 2 Tomorrowland Jurassic World Inside Out Terminator Genisys Minions Ant-Man Mission: Impossible: Rogue Nation The Man from U.N.C.L.E. I'll probably see movies that aren't sequels, prequels & remakes this summer, too.
<<I'll probably see movies that aren't sequels, prequels & remakes this summer, too. >> they still make those?!
I might check out Tomorrowland if the reviews are good. Beyond that, I'm not really interested in any of the blockbuster films that are coming out so I'll just check out any smaller films that look good.
Maggie Mad Max: Fury Road Jurassic World Terminator Genisys Ant:Man Fantastic Four Avengers: Age of Ultron
Top few: Avengers: Age of Ultron > Terminator > Inside Out > Tomorrowland > the rest Overall opinions: Maggie - looks interesting, and I will see any Arnold movie Avengers: Age of Ultron - definitely, looks awesome Mad Max: Fury Road - not interested, from trailers looks like just 2 solid hours of explosions/driving (though beautiful) Tomorrowland - most recent trailer (which I only watched part of) finally sold me, though I was leaning toward it because of Brad Bird Aloha (by Cameron Crowe) - mixed opinion; great cast but I don't always like Crowe's stuff Jurassic World (JP4) - seems like more of JP2, and JP3, only hope of redemption is Chris Pratt Inside Out - yes, though first trailer wasn't amazing, I trust most of Pixar's work to be good Terminator Genisys - will see it, my opinion has fluctuated and I am now hoping that it can just surpass T3 as 3rd best Terminator movie Ant-Man - with Edgar Wright it would have been a slam dunk; but now with what I have seen so far, I will wait for reviews Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol - Thought MI4 was only ok (with some major problems), this looks about the same Fantastic Four - no chance
