About time for a parody of new music from this guy:

    'Tacky'

The new ALbum, Mandatory Fun, comes out today.

Nice, I had no idea a new album was coming, so this is a pleasant surprise.

I loved this guy in the 80's, but I don't know any of the songs he's parodying now.

I'm really glad he's still at it.

    Okay, here we go:

    'Tacky'-based on 'Happy' (Pharrell Williams)

'Word Crimes"-based on 'Blurred Lines' (Robin Thicke)

    "Foil"-based on "Royals" (Lorde)

BTW, here's the video to see instead of to link to: [yt]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XsWo8apgLys[/yt]

^ Oh, I could look them up, but the original songs aren't anything I would ever listen to.

Al's 80's stuff was all based on songs I would hear all the time, so I "got" those.

    At least he's staying current.

I would've given that a 10 if he had included lose vs. loose.

    Both of these are fantastic.

The problem with modern-day Al is I haven't a fucking clue what he's parodying.

I really like his new album! :) Just got it from freegal (a MP3 site my local library goes through). Worth every cent. Will be downloading the last two songs from it next week.

I don't either. Found out what they were for Mandatory Fun, via Wiki.
