    1. Greatest Seven Of Nine ep...she is vulnerable and really get to see her become emotional for someone else...my memory is shotty but this stuck out for the first time for me.

    2. J. Paul Boehmer as One shined! :)

    3. One kicked ass...was AWESOME!!! :bolian:

It was really funny seeing The Doctor worry about his mobile emitter.

    Bride of Chaotica! Hands down.

With Workforce 1&2 and Scientific Method coming in right behind it.

But why is it my favorite

    1. It's hilarious!!!!!!!!!

    2. Very creative and not the normal holodeck malfunction

    3. Kate Mulgrew was just HOT as Arachnia

    4. Did I already say it was hilarious?
    I did? Oh well . . . it was. :D

    'Timeless'

The Voyager crash sequence was amazin'.

Captain La Forge and the Starship Challenger!

    Lone survivors Chakotay & Harry.

    Just all around awesomness.

I did read somewhere that early on, Chakotay's love interest was supposed to have been his daughter, instead. Wish they had kept that, since it would have been a bigger sacrifice on his part to alter the timeline.

No probs with Drone (love it when Seven's voice breaks when she begs him "you will comply"), Bride or Timeless :)

    Mine is Living Witness.

    So hard to choose

I'm gonna go with "Barge of the Dead" now

-One of the most original, thoughtful concepts in trek
-B'Ellana stories are generally great, Dawson is a superb actress
    -Fun set design

Timeless is my favourite too :techman: Year of Hell is probably very close behind, although I'm not sure if that is cheating, since it's a 2 parter.
Timeless has always stuck with me, because it has one of those teasers designed specifically to be as great a teaser as possible and gets you excited for the episode. And it's a great story, with one of VOY's best CG sequences of Voyager crashing, accompanied by a musical score that really elevates it into a classic scene.

That's a hard question...but if I had to choose it would probably be "Distant Origin".

Honestly, can I just say "all of the above?" LOL

On the famous "Timeless" crash sequence... I know the storyboards for that sequence are posted online somewhere, but I cannot remember WHERE :( They were some of the coolest storyboards I have ever seen, and probably a big reason why that scene flows so well in the final.

It's out of Distant Origin, Living Witness, Real Life, Death Wish and Year of Hell. Can't really pick one over the other though.

    YES, bless your heart!

Look at the dynamic, urgent linework and the great use of marker. MMMMmmmm. That, friends, is how a storyboard is done. Yum yum. The TV version would have been even more dynamic if they had followed that ending bit to the letter and not had the ship centered and totally upright in the middle of the screen, IMO. But maybe they wanted to zoom in on the saucer section and not the deflector dish.

EDIT: Actually, the sequence where the ship is approaching the planet is a bit more dynamic on the storyboard, too. Camera seems like it's more off to the side and at a lower angle.

EDIT2: AND a crew POV while the ship was still in the upper reaches of the atmosphere! Oooh.

EDIT3: And that cool part where they would have panned over to see Voyager appearing in the distance. Damn you, budget constraints or whatever prevented that shot.

    Yum yum yum.

Hard to pick that one - but Drone and Real Life were both excellent episodes. Death Wish also springs to mind. SomeOne To Watch Over Me was also good

.......I must stop or I'll start listing them all........

I think "Life Line" would be my second favorite...great Doc ep and it has Barclay & Deanna Troi...plus Zimmerman's assistant hologram Haley is cute. :adore:

I go with Basics, both parts, with Equinox close second.
