What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Pasta and green beans

 

Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Soup. Had Hot Chocolate with it.

 

Had what passes for a cheesesteak in Omaha. Not anywhere near close to authentic, but still good. (they used SWISS CHEESE! The hell? )

 

Breaded pesto chicken, penne and seasoned carrots.

 

Went out with a friend to get a little Chinese buffet. We didn't stay for very long, though.

Tortilla-encrusted tilapia, with rice and broccoli.

 

Greek salad, falafel with tzitziki sauce, hummus and pita bread.

 

^ That sounds heavenly.

... I just had turkey a-la king, on toast...

 

Toasted egg sandwiches, chips and soda.

 

Roast Ham with a honey mustard dressing glaze, roast Culliflower with cumin, roast turnip, mashed potatoes with garlic and sour cream. For desert we had homemade Sour Cream and Chocolate cake!

 

Kept is simple as could be.

Canned pasta and some snack crackers.

 

Extra thin pork chops, rice and salad. Easy peasy.

 

Chili with a side salad and french bread.

 

French bread pizzas with some chips.

 

I didn't have dinner. I've been sick. No dinner tonight either.

 

Pizza! With Coke.

 

Tuscan chicken and rotini pasta with a little potato salad.

 

Boneless pork chop and fried eggplant.
