thanks for the complements guys. Auntie, those are very nice. i wish i could have seen the display in person as i've always been interested in the Romanovs. AM, i really like the two fire escape photos.
Saga Love the flower one. Auntie I love the flower and the cane topper! AM Awesome as always! I love your flower one too!
Here is one of me and my beautiful wife of 23 years. We're in the 5th row, seeing Rush in San Jose. We even have our matching Rush shirts on. How cute is that?? This poor woman. I have dragged her to 14 Rush concerts over the years. She's been a good sport. I owe her big time. Probably going to have to watch The Notebook or go to the mall....
Great pic! And I'm sure she enjoys it more than she lets on Digits! I'm choked that I couldn't see Rush this time around,,,especially since the free keeps saying that they are "nearing the end" of their touring career. Fingers crossed for another!
She does enjoy the shows. As long as we sit on Alex's side... she has a little crush. It does seem that they're done touring, although Alex said they could do some "Vegas-style" stuff. Meaning they would play multiple shows in one city (possibly Los Angeles, since Neil lives there).
Squiggy.. that is not a place to live ... for me ... that is like a place I would vacation.. _______________________________________________________ the soda problem
Squiggly, the house is looking great! My wife loves it too. What color are the kitchen cabinets? I think you said but don't remember. They look an off white or a cream color. I think the thing I like the most are the windows, love the leaded glass look.
The cabinets are "bistro white". You're getting reflections of our blue island and the garage outside, which is also a shade of blue.
It's looking so good, Squiggy! Took me a couple of years, but meanwhile I think I'm on the right track in making my back yard a nice place to sit: Even in rain (didn't make me loose my tears though -but that's a whole other thread.): (In order to quit smoking I'm using the old-fashioned "no indoor smoking"-method, great this time of year - but is definitely going to make me quit completely in a few weeks, when it takes more that a shower-curtain from Ikea to keep the weather off me out there.) (Both photos were taken from my (open) kitchen window.) ETA: Sitting in that chair looking up, this is what you would see:
